Delivery Timing
Orders must be placed at least 14 days before the check-in date.
Shipping will be arranged according to the customer’s check-in date and the period during which the hotel or accommodation has confirmed that it can accept and hold the package.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, carrier conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be accepted within 24 hours of placing an order, provided that sourcing or order preparation has not yet begun.
Once sourcing, preparation, or shipping has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
